Don’t leave garbage on my door step, Ayoub Nazim’s business card and a pamphlet isn’t acceptable marketing when it’s shoved in my front door. Use the mailbox like everyone else if you insist on giving me unsolicited marketing material.Littering on people’s property isn’t an inspiring way to “get your name out there”.

Aggressive, rude and unresponsive staff who leave voucemails and messages unanswered for weeks, do not conduct repairs in a timely manner. They cannot keep notes on on going issues and then get rude with you when they don't know what's going on even if they have been the person directly dealing with the matter and should have made their own notes and communicated appropriately within thir own staff. They also put tenants and their own staff in dangerous situations when conducting inspections, instructing them to enter a property without notice or permission from a tenant.
