Kitchen Net Showroom

I drive through Victoria Rd, Drummoyne everyday and when it was time to renovate our kitchen, the area being only 10 minutes from home, was my first area to explore. There are a number of kitchen companies here, maybe 7-8, each with their own personality and price point. The Kitchen Net showroom compared to the others is simple and has 5 or so kitchens. I'm actually not sure why I ended in here, but I'm glad I did.Fred did our in-home consultation (free, compared to others in the area that want to charge you $500-$1500 upfront and then credit it back if you use them) and we found him to be knowledgeable, personable and consultative. He wasn't overly salesy" in any of our dealings and was fair in our negotiations. They were flexible if we wanted to use our own trades or supply our own items. We bought our own appliances and ended up organising our own stone benchtop (they were about 30-40% more expensive compared to my own supplier).When it came to the project

We went with Kitchen Net in Drummoyne after visiting a few other showrooms along Victoria Rd and found the sales staff friendly and accommodating.The design process with Fred was very simple and straight forward and Fred continually looked for ways to stay within budget while providing the best quality options to us.Kiran was the Project Manager for the renovation and he was the go-to for any questions and concerns. About a month prior to starting, Kiran provided estimated project timings and continued to provide daily updates on which trades and jobs would be next. Kiran did an incredible job managing the many moving parts of this project whilst probably managing a number of other jobs at the same time.All the trades were provided by Kitchen Net and they all had great communication and were friendly and professional.We’re very happy with the quality of our kitchen. We received a follow-up call at the end of the project from Jack one of the owners, just to make sure we were happy as well.My only suggestion would be to provide customers with a project outline/timeline early on in the sales process, as any renovation can be a bit of a disruption to life at home, so knowing exactly what you’re getting into will help anyone prepare and find the right time to do it.

We installed our kitchen with Kitchen Net 4 months and we couldn't be more pleased with it.The whole project went through the period of COVID, but the Kitchen Net team managed every stage professionally with care.Tommy spent a great deal of time listening and transformed our ideas to a practical and elegant centerpiece of the house. The kitchen was put together flawlessly and efficiently, with the the minimum disruption to us. The post-installation service by carried out by Fifi and Jack just made it to perfect.The quality of the material used, accessories and craftmanship are superior, even the small items like LED lights are made in Germany. The doors and drawer are closed smoothly, gentle and soft.If you are looking for a quality kitchen with a competitive price, I'd definitely recommend Kitchen Net.

Kitchen net is a great choice if you want to get a great job done at an affordable price. All the contractors who did the job did it very diligently with great finish and quality. The quality of the cabinets, fixtures and bins is top notch as well. I had gone to some other providers in the Drummoyne area for a quote, and kitchen net had beaten the prices of all.
