A real joke of an electronics store, staffed by clowns. Couldn't give a rats about the customer, overpriced and poorly made products, why bother? There's nothing these drop-kicks sell that will last more than a couple of uses, and the customer support is dismal. Buy it yourself off Amazon or Ebay, get a better price, and the service will be better.Jaycar, you became everything you used to make fun of DSE for, and the Altona store is easily your worst.

Awesome place, great staff. Store is a little dark but that's expected for a store for nerds. Most of their stuff is from China but I've mostly stopped buying from overseas as this place is only a few bucks more, they won't sell anything too poor quality, you get good advice, and they happily take returns / exchanges. They don't try to upsell and will even recommend other products from other stores. These guys are so nerdy, candid, and trustworthy that I now blindly buy whatever they tell me to haha

These Legends helped me out massively. They tested a relay for me and a switch saving me a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong with my high beams. Highly recommend these guys!!

Lacking customer service. Two guys behind counter talking and totally unaware of customers in store, third guy playing video games on tore display. Another Customer in store same time as me also made comments to me, he walked out, as did I.I suggest you guys be aware of surroundings and customers in store. You are losing business.

The staff was so friendly and informative and the store is well layed out with cool stuff I hated to leave! Great selection of 3d printers and accessories, many types of fillament available which is awesome. Looking forward for my next visit thank you so much guys!

Always a wonderful shopping experience with this company, i have sourced everything from specialty torch chargeable batteries to 24volt jump starters for machinery. Always offer advice and have the product in store. I highly recommend them.
