Wouldn’t recommend the needling, have machine set to low and next to no results.And try talk you into over priced add ons, was asked if I wanted to use the uv light which was for 10 minutes and was charged $50 extra. Feel as they are very money hungry and not doing the needling deep enough so you have to keep going back more times.

I’ve been to this clinic multiple times and the staff are all such lovely people. I often talk to the receptionist named Emily, she’s such a kind person and a great worker! I had a problem with one of my appointments and she was so nice about it and fixed it right away!

Went here to get an acne treatment & was greeted by Emily. She had a warm welcoming nature & made me feel comfortable and less nervous. I will be back!

Had a stuff around with booking times / poor team communication, but I am really impressed with how quickly the owner worked to rectify things.I am SO pleased with the skin treatment I had with Sarah, she is just the loveliest person!! Highly recommend her!

In my 26 years I have booked a lot of appointments… I have never received such exceptional customer service than when I have dealt with Emily. I love hearing her soothing and enthusiastic voice on the phone. Walking in for an appointment and seeing her big smile makes my day! Her patience when booking appointments around my busy schedule is to be commended on top of her incredible knowledge of products& treatments! I’m always skeptical when it comes to great deals and businesses that promote their customers before profits. But being a male with a bit of hair on his back, I thought give laser hair removal a shot. Even though I heard rumors of weak laser settings to promote return visits, I saw what I thought was a good deal and being a perfect candidate with white complexion and dark fine hair, I took the plunge!Boy, was that a mistake with ASC at South Tweed Heads.My first of six treatments I didn’t feel a thing on my back and shoulders. Nothing at all. Concerned, I asked my technician if the settings were high enough and she replied they were but she will increase the settings over the 6 treatments. Fair enough. I trusted what she said.The second treatment, I didn’t feel a thing again. Nothing. When I asked that same technician if she had increased the settings from my previous visit like she said she would, she confirmed she had... Suspicious of this, I then began to take photos of the machine settings after each of the six visits as you can see the photos attached.During the course of my package, it became clear that my technician was lying to me. Not once did she increase the settings like she told me she did. Furthermore, it was my very last visit where she increased it. My very last visit where I actually felt the laser. Of course that very same visit, the sales pitch for another 6 sessions flooded in.Now, ten weeks after my last treatment, not surprisingly my hair has grown back. It is my opinion that my package of weak laser sessions was purely for financial gain over the best outcome for myself, the customer, or else why lie to me about it? But they do win though, I will be purchasing another six treatments but will take my money to the Laser Clinic around the corner and hope for some good old fashion honesty.
