I had a very good first experience with them which is why I just went to them now again for Facial Services (fruit facial) which is listed as $25 on their google info page as well in shop rate list. However, upon completion of the facial, the admin lady informed me that once the service goes above 30 mins, they start charging per hour and as such, my facial charges would be $40. The admin lady admitted that it is fault of her worker that she didn’t inform me of this before proceeding but still charged me. Further, my total time spend in the salon was 37 mins as I also did plucking. But they included that with facial time and charged me extra. This is extremely disappointing and cheating on part of the salon as they exploited me and even though their service was good, because of their uninformed staff and miscommunication between management, I am never going back to them again nor will recommend it anymore

Went there for first time. The girl was inexperienced and didn’t know how to give proper shape. Worst service.

Best place for threading and facial in Truganina and for tarneit people.Preet got excellent skills for eyebrows threading. Since, I found this place I never been to anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Would never trust anyone else with my Brows. Have been going to Hardeep from the last 5 years now and can honestly say no one else can do Brows like her, it has always turned out perfect. I always recommend to all my friends and family. She’s not only my brow queen burns close friend as well. Her other staff is also perfect in all the services providing by them.
