Did hair colour with them, worst experience ever. Didn’t even match the colour that I asked for. Stylist was rough . Didn’t even blow dry properly before straightening, nearly burnt my hair too. Ruined my dress, had bleach all over. Will never go back for hair styling.

I went in for a trim, told her to cut off a couple cm’a and she cut way too much off, when she said she was done the back of my hair was still wet, she didn’t blow dry it enough. I expected better

Horrible. I went for a full body wax for the first time. The lady just butchered me. The room was freezing no heat. The other worker was just coming inside the room while i was getting my body waxed. Inconsiderate about privacy. They used some horrible aloevera wax. Hated it. Would never recommend to anyone.

Ruined my hair and charged me extra money. On price list it says $20 but they charge me $30. It was not even good. Hair is so uneven. Never ever going back and will never recommend anyone to go there.

They cut my hair and absolutely destroyed it i do NOT recommend this place AT ALL, the stylist who works there also ignored my request, and managed to fry my hair. Worst experience i’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and do not go here.

Sweetie does my threading for eyebrows, lips and chin and does an amazing job every time. I’ve moved from the area and still make me way into Liverpool just to see her. Maggie gives the best haircuts. Nice and easy to style once you leave the shop. These ladies are great at what they do and make my day whenever I visit.

I went in for a deep facial cleanse and it was such a weird and uncomfortable experience for me. I expected more for a deep facial cleanse and a day later my face still looks the same. When she was doing my nose it was so painful!!! Taking calls during my cleanse. And then she just left me in the room without telling me what she was doing or where she was going or updating me on if it was almost done or not, she just left. After some time someone came in and just wiped my face and that was it? and it wasn't even the same lady who was doing the cleanse to begin with. Not worth the $$ spent.

I have had my makeup with Pooja in liverpool and I'm very pleased with the result. I have never had my makeup professionally before so was a little nervous about it. Pooja has taken the time to understand what I like. I loved her makeup specially her eye makeup. I recommend her as a best makeup artist in liverpool. She has done her job very up to mark.
