Extremely disappointed with our recent visit to the salon. I requested for my daughter to have long lasting soft curls for a family wedding - within an hour of leaving the salon, all the curls had dropped. I requested for full blow wave with volume - again within hours my hair had no volume or body. For a salon that prides itself on being a Australian Award Winning salon - we did not get the services we expected and were charged a premium price for a service that was very disappointing. I contacted the salon following day and all they would offer was a return for a treatment. I would never return nor recommend this salon to anyone.In response to your reply firstly I made it very clear when I booked the appointment the hair styling was for a family wedding and therefore I did not ask for a 'quick curls appointment' as you mentioned in your response. Also we did not walk out 'very happy' as you again suggested with our hair style. We have had our hair curled and styled at many hairdressers in the past and our hair has kept very well - therefore blaming outside factors is unacceptable and unprofessional . Just accept a negative review.

Alaina is absolutely fantastic! ❤️She is very knowledgeable, understands what it takes for my hair to be in great condition. She has looked after me for 2 years now, I go to her weekly to keep my hair looking amazing. I couldn’t be happier.Her blow waving and styling is beautiful too.

Every hairdresser here has incredible knowledge with hair. I had a full head of blonde highlights, and the colourist was not only quick, but so close to the scalp. My colour is so natural, and my hair feels so soft after the treatment. I came here last time, and the colour lasted so long, and grew out so well. Very friendly hairdressers, who all enjoy working together. It’s so nice to have such great service. Very happy customer!

After 20 years going to the same hairdresser finally found the best cor cut , colour and service . They really taking the time and listen to what I wanted . I’m very very happy . Thank Alaina, Minh and team . I will be back for sure

Minh is a hair stylist who takes his job seriously. He listens to what you want, makes suggestions and cuts hair like he really knows what would suit you best. He is a true professional.

I feel like I have been pampered and like a new woman. I came in very tired and badly in need of professional hair care and attention. Alaina was terrific. I thoroughly recommend her for both her hair styling and wonderful attention to detail. She was a pleasure to meet for my first time in the salon.

Amazing service and treatment. I was taken care of by Alaina in Balwyn North. She was so kind and lovely and provided me with a lot of information about my hair and hair products. I was so happy with my haircut and restyle, she did exactly how I wanted it! Glad I finally found a good hair salon that I will definitely be going back to :)

Shoutout to the angels Vanessa and Alaina at the Balwyn salon who did the most amazing colour correct balayage and treatment for me. I came in with a tragic bleach and damaged hair from a different salon and they fixed it and took such good care of me!! So thankful for you both!

This is my go to salon for a quick and long lasting blow wave!Alaina gives the best hair washes, she really gets in there & is so thorough for my long, thick hair and Vanessa is my go to for a bouncy blow wave that lasts me a week! Vanessa always manages to fit me in last minute and has me leaving feeling like a 10/10 in no time at all. Thanks heading out you’re the best ❤️
