Lowering my review as they seem to have two versions of their business on Google to try and keep the low reviews off this one. Overall good and bad events. Good was the first agent we dealt with here and a professional conclusion to the rental. Bad was every encounter in between. Between having undocumented non agent extras turn up to an inspection, and being told my messy bed was unacceptable when they had come in the middle of my post night shift slumbers. To making me feel harassed about eaves damage caused by the other unit, then failing to close the loop when Woolworths delivery had been identified as the ultimate culprit. I don't trust them, but also think there are the worse REs that you could rent from.

Terrible experience with this realtor last year.Originally, I was with a different realtor and had been in the same place for years without incident. However, Success Realty brought out their rentals and many of them had to find new places to live. Myself included. It was a very disappointing and undesirable experience.I know it's a year late for this review and heck, they many have pulled their act together since then. But google suggested to review Success Realty and I have success-fully done so.

Angela recently helped us with purchasing a property under unfortunate circumstances. Angela was considerate and respectful when liaising with tenants to arrange property viewings, and always responded promptly and followed up with us as purchasers.Would definitely use Success Realty if we ever need to sell a property.

Liaised with David Harms in respects to buying an investment property in Toowoomba. His character, transparency and honest nature was indubitable. Working in the real estate industry myself, David's genuine, go out of his way type nature was an unexpected suprise which exceeded all expectations. For an honest, well informed real estate agent who creates genuine trust with buyers, i would definitely recommend David Harms.

Recently found tenants through Success Realty for my property that I also bought through them. Their staff are great and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to purchase through or rent with them again. Angela and Dave are straight forward and direct and made the transition of property purchase very easy.

Being a first time renter I couldn’t be happier to be renting through success realty. Angela is very reliable. Cheryl has been amazing when it comes to dealing with my millions of questions. The team have been so supportive and helpful.

Have had very two-faced experiences with this group. Not sure anyone should trust first impressions here. Edit, below we have more of the agency not focusing on improving their services.

Not but trouble when trying to deal with this real estate. Go to ANYONE else and spare yourself the headache.

Very unprofessional real estate , property managers behaviour towards myself as a tenant now ex tenant was very unprofessional and dealt with in a poor manner.Numerous emails and phone calls ignored with no response. Do yourself a favour and choose to rent with a well know agency.
