Would give a 0, went there today zero customer service by all the staff. And the lady at the front checking sign in makes you feel like a criminal trying to enter the store.. no hello no have a good day… honestly I’m a long time shopper but this store lost me.. I think this brand needs to hire happy positive people not depressed sherif like officers … 0/10!!

Unfortunately, customer service is non existing in Wollongong store. After two attempts to spend money there I went to the Shellharbour store where I was served. I have purchased a linen suite, $500 worth, and needed shirts and another pair of pants. Two sales assistants in Wollongong would not even acknowledge that I was there, so I left. Also, on a positive note there was on one occasion a young lady, light hair, wearing glasses who was helpful and called Shellharbour store on my behalf.

Lovely products, but in this store you have got and cold days. Some days I come in and the older women are crankier and quite rude. Today I went in and there was a lovely young lady. But love the shop and the products.

Terrible service every single time. I placed a click and collect order online and came into store before the 4 hour period - I knew this, but I thought maybe it would be ready and I could see the items in front of me. It was made into a massive deal even though I said I would come back - the lady had a go at me about how busy they were etc etc.Other times I’ve been in this store they very rarely have any sizing, there’s never any service or help. I’m a long time CR shopper and it really makes me think otherwise about purchasing from there. Literally no point going into store to deal with this when I could just order online.

Customer service is non-existent in this store. You’re not acknowledged, greeted or approached at all, god forbid you go to the counter & ask for assistance (older lady with glasses, don’t know whether she was having a bad day, or she hates her job, but her attitude towards myself & other customers in-store, was poor to say the least) Store has very limited sizes & styles, which seems like a poor decision considering it’s a spacious store.
