Did what they said they would do, drop off and collection without any confusion or follow up. recommend the service as a secure way to manage all that accumulate paper. Very easy way to recycle sensitive documents. Ordered on line, received the secubags in the mail and they were picked up when I was completed by a friendly staff member. No time frame. Have used again in the past and will use in the future. Great company to deal with.

Booked 2 bins took my money quick smart told me they would call me back with delivery date for bins nothing.Called 3 more times asking for delivery time girls told me they would call me back still nothing?Is this company real or have I been scammed?Not very professional very disappointed.Have to postpone works now as I have boxes in the way.

I would really like to know why your staff think it's okay to treat customers rudely and with contempt, to make bitchy and passive aggressive remarks in response to the customer asking questions based on two other sets of information conveyed over the phone by their staff, give them the wrong change, to talk about them with other staff falsely and within earshot of the customer, and then close the door like a coward when the customer speaks up about it. I am grateful to the business owner, a man who handled the situation professionally and amicably, who helped resolve the situation ultimately, however he needs better staff to be the face of his business to customers. Disgusting service from minions but a reasonable and professional manager.
