Chocolate Apple Factory
One of Shepparton's attractions but it's very out of the way. If you don't have a car then it's impossible to get to as there isn't any public transport there.The chocolate apples are delicious. I got the dark chocolate cherry ripe one with a granny smith apple inside. It's covered with caramel and then cherry ripe chocolate. The size is huge so share it with friends and family.They have other chocolate stuff if you want something smaller.

Chocolate is yum, has a nice range of licorice, and even Dutch licorice. I recommend that if you're in Shepparton, go and get a coffee with chocolate. You won't be disappointed. This pirate cow is just outside near the chocolate Apple factory.

Chocolate Apple Factory
Visited twice within a week while visiting family down from Sydney. On both occasions the customer service was super friendly and welcoming which matched the delicious chocolate covered apple. I came back the second time to buy the mini chocolates at the counter and enjoyed every bite on my 7 hour drive home !

I hate toffee apples. I hate raw apples in general. I never thought an apple could taste this amazing. It is worth the trip up there to buy one... or three. You won't be disappointed!!!

We were passing through and were intregued by the windmill so we stopped for a squiz. What a nice surprise. They do huge chocolate apples. Remember the toffee apples that you used to get? Well these are coated in chocolate. There are different sizes according to how much chocolate covers the apple. I spied cherry liquors and couldn't leave without buying a few. Hubby bought a few coffee latte chocolates. There is a smorgasboard to choose from here that suits a wide range of tastes. We were pleasantly surprised and glad that we stopped.

First time we visited them after they moved. New location but everything else is the same. Friendly staff/owners and good variety of chocolate products. Note some have alcohol but the staff will tell you which ones. Good assortment of dark chocolate with nuts (walnuts, macadamias, almonds etc) which we always buy when we visit. We also bought one chocolate apple for our daughter in Canberra and they packed it with ice bricks for the trip. To some the idea of an apple covered with chocolate may not be enticing but have a taste and you'll be won over.Well worth the visit.

Best chocolate apple. We also picked some tasty cherries. The staffs are very nice to let us go in to pick cherries even it was only 15 min to closed time. Definitely recommend this place.
