Geoff is one of the nicest blokes I have ever met. He is always on for a joke, in fact the whole team at Gasweld Gosford are all friendly.It is expected for it to take over a month for tools to get repaired under warranty because in most cases the tool has to go back to the manufacturer which can take time.

They have no idea what they are selling and don't even know what they are reading in front of them, trying to tell me one thing when it clearly says something else. If i could give it a -5 stars i would.If anyone read this go to another store!!!! This is not the only time i feel about this store every f@$king time...

Terrible products(Toolex) and service. Never again!!! Not many of the toolex tools I bought lasted longer the 2-4 uses. This time I bought a Belt Disc Sander 4 x 36" 6" that had smoke pouring out of it after its 4th use 21 days after I bought it. Very light use - smoothing the cut edge on tiny 40mmx40mm by 8mm thin perspex pieces. Manager refuses refund as I let dust get on the machine and he is certain the dust on the outside of the machine destroyed the motor. He acted very rude and aggressive towards me. Lets see what fair trading and the consumer law say about it.***Full refund paid today after Fair trading complaint was lodged.***Know your rights

I would strongly recommend Gasweld West Gosford. First time I visited the store I was after a Milwaukee shoulder strap which no other store could get, They happily took one of a bag for me and ordered a replacement. The second time i was looking for Milwaukee packout, they were great at assisting in what I needed. 5 Star service from the staff.

Pathetic - Geoff the Manager is rude, lazy and has zero customer service skills! Would NEVER recommend this store to anyone - if you want to be ripped off and wait over a month for tools to be repaired that are still under warranty then go ahead waste your time with these idiots! Seriously Gasweld Gosford your attitude stinks! Basic manners wouldn't hurt can not explain how disgusted I am.

Great shop with good service and no rubbish tools. And, they are happy to do deals on larger purchases, which the 2 other shops won't. Recommend.

Not just for tradies! Excellent prices, huge choice of quality stock, personalised service plus warranty is sorted at the cash register and they carried goods to the car. Thanks guys for the awesome help and advice.
