I have visited this store a few times recently and have been repeatedly impressed by the positive energy, service orientation and product knowledge of all staff at this store. Three staff didn't approach or even say hi whilst I was in the store clearly needing help with backpacks. As a customer you don't want to be hounded but at least greeted. Not impressed

Walked around for 25 minutes. No one approached me. Tried on several jackets. All to small. Approached staff member asking for assistance. He advised their largest size was 2X. I'm 5'11 & 112 kgs. I could barely get on their largest jacket wearing only a t-shirt."

I wanted to get some hiking gear and was served by a professional and knowledgeable worker named Ben. He had some very helpful advice and let me feel reassured in my choices. He gave me excellent advice about quality, comfort, fit and usefulness of all my equipment. With Ben's guidance I bought all I needed and a few things extra I realised I needed after talking to him. If you go to Kathmandu at Warringah see Ben. You will be glad you did.

Visited Kathmandu Warringah mall on Wednesday 21/06/2023. Very poor customer service. 3 staff were in the store, but no one even care about the customers. No greeting, no offer with assistance. They were all staying behind the counter, chatting and laughing. It was loud enough for customers to hear all their conversation very clearly. The only service that I received from the staff was when I came to them, asked them to process the payment for my purchase. The guy’s name is ??DJ. He asked me to do a survey before I left the store. He must thinking he has done a very good job. Or he even doesn’t care. There already other poor google reviews written by customers complaint about poor customer service. Clearly nothing has changed. No more Kathmandu.

Ben from Kathmandu at Warringah mall was amazing. He was so polite and helpful. He had extensive knowledge and we felt really comfortable in purchasing all our travel gear from there. We have already been back once and will be back again soon. Thanks Ben your a super star!
