Mark and the team at Bundall have provided us with wonderful and patient service. Due to global supply issues and our own construction delays, the team held our multiple grand turbo units in storage for months this year, once they did arrive in the country. Their understanding and keeping in touch with us has been very much appreciated. The product is a beautiful set up too. Very happy customers.

I have both a gasser bbq and a smoker . This is one of my go to locations for my accessories and advice. For novice to expert I have always found the staff willing to help.My best visits are straight to the woods and rubs with a great range and new products always coming in. Ask the crew for help if you’re not sure or want to test something new.

Gas bottle refilled as they offer great pricing. Staff member met me at the door taking the bottle off my hands straight away. Quick refill and great service. Easy parking and a well laid out store with plenty of BBQs and outdoor furniture on display. Great location.

Amazing service and advice from Glen at the Bundall store. I went in with some idea of what I wanted (not 100% sure) and left with something quite different, but even better after Glen talked us through the pro’s & cons of everything. So nice to have a sales person wanting to sell on quality & fit for our purpose as opposed to just chasing dollars (upsell). Glen was a welcoming & knowledgeable expert to talk to - I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly!
