All members of the Perry's team are very professional and helpful. Josh knows the market well n our apartment was sold exactly 2 weeks since on market. He's resourceful N I believe he's one of the strongest team members under Perry's leadership. The selling process was non stressful n we have been informed each step of the way. It is incredible that only took us 4 weeks from first meeting with Marble to sign off contract of sale of the apartment. The best experience is knowing agents that can execute a right balance between buyers n vendors n for Marble they have a very cohesive team to make that happen. worst agent ever! main door lock damage, we had to change. they cannot get the landlord to pay our refurbishment. diswasher brook for 2 months, no fixing. not able to contact them, no answer, no response. too many other issue for just only 1 rent property. not reliable!!!!

Great experience buying and leasingI bought my first place through Perry and it was an easy and amazing experience. Perry went above and beyond with communication, responding at all hours of the night to my questions throughout the purchase. Perry would travel from the office to my old address which was no where near there office to help with contracts and picking up paperwork making the entire experience easy.
