KFC Richmond Rd is a bustling store in the Blacktown / Woodcroft area. They are commonly busy and manage to keep their output a high quality. There was an issue with our last order but this isn’t usually the case. I would recommend stopping by.

stupid teenager in the drive through spoke with such a rude tone and basically shoved the bag of food out the window, almost causing it to fall over inside my car. i literally work in fast food and understand crew get overwhelmed but when i went through drive though there was one other car at the time. there was no rush, the customer service here is disgusting. management and supervisors need to check their crew for their lack of manners and respect for customers.

Worker Bara took our drive through order very rudely, what she repeated was incorrect and it took a long time to order. She didn’t advise us of the wait time on our order. Same as the girl at the payment window name Milns, who advised us to wait without saying it would be 30mins minimum to get our order. When our food came to the car it was still missing part of our order which we confirmed 3 times at the order window before payment and we had to go back into the KFC fix it. These staff need better training, or supervision from management to adapt their service. An apology or a polite smile would have been the least decent thing to offer and they couldn’t manage to do either.

Ordered 3 piece org. Recipes Gray with no gravy ! As picOrdered large zinnger meal they didn't give chips ! Always something missing! Poor staff!

We were told to wait at the parking lot for our order for 10 mins. We waited for nearly an hour. I send my nephew inside to check and we found out they run out of chicken and there is still a 40 minutes wait. How unreliable

To be honest I am sick of leaving that store with everything wrong with my order.I had recently purchased a feast pack I asked the young lad for specific prices only ribs and wings no other peices on top of that I ordered an add on of 2 wings and 2 ribs he said that would be ok as I know they do set packs. When my order was ready I asked him was my order good in regards to just wings and ribs he said yes so silly me did not check before leaving.I usually go drive thru but to many mistakes so I thought I would go intstore lol no difference.Furious I got home the oil from the chicken went thru box bag and on car seat ,I think 1 wing the rest mainly thighs I called spoke to manager and his comment was They are young"He apologised but to be truthful to many mistakes to many times.I ask for fresh chips I watched the young lad he was going to mix old with new so I caught him out on that also and said to him I want fresh chips that means just come from oil and no mixing with old.Customer service what ever happened to getting it right manager seemed so ok another whinging customer but when I pay $50 for a meal I want to enjoy!@@"

Worst kfc drive through service.They can't fckn count. Come home with missing chicken pieces.Also gave out a whole bucket of burnt pieces of chicken on another occasion.Called to complain and they hang up on their customers.Can you please check all items before you give it to your customers so they don't have to drive back to get the correct orders???

Food poisoning in a box anyone?A group of us ordered a lunch here. Chicken so firm from being in the warmer what seemed like a week it was almost jerky.Spoke to manager got snarled at.Sat down to eat and saw expired chicken crates against the window next to us leaking blood all over the place.Benches couldn't remember when they last saw a cloth or sanitizer. Bins over flowing and bread crates blocking front door and only fire exit to building for customers which in itself is a breach.

The coleslaw they gave me was off, had a weird taste and it made me sick later on. I feel like it was expired but it says otherwise on the tub. Never ordering from here again!!
