Mango cake is not good,it was rainy, but they couldn't give me plastic bag

Been here a couple times- each time the cashier added $0.10 (total of $6.70) or $0.05 (total of $3.05) to my payments on card with no notice or explanation whatsoever.Absolutely displeased with this cunning move. Make sure they charge you as priced. $0.10 extra per customer is still stealing.

Not much changes between stores. This one does a roaring trade with so many people passing by. Today I tried the little hot dogs in bread which are okay but not my favourite. The croissants were a little dry last week when I visited. Staff however are lovely and extremely helpful. Lots of choices here and well worth a visit. Wheelchair friendly.

I LOVE BREADTOP but the service at this Bourke Street store is lacking. I went in the other day to get a few bread things for snacks and the lady did not even look at me, didn't greet me, just told me how much it was and then went back to doing her tasks as she turned her back on me. I have been going to this Breadtop for over 10 years. The service used to be good but not anymore.As for the bread, it's still great. And tastes fresh, but yeah it makes me want to go to the one at QV instead of this one.

It was OK service, I didnt expect too much from them anyway. Not many varieties of bread available compare to QV breadtop but good enough if you want to grab a quick snack. All of items were individually wrapped which was surprising. As someone said not great if it's hot day.There is surcharge if you pay by card. I payed by cash.10% off from 3pm until close.

The worst experience. Ham bun was placed under spicy chicken bun label, as we purchased and upon having a bite we noticed it was not chicken meat in the bun. As I are not supposed to eat ham, I went back and asked them, the lady over there was so lethargic and didn’t even bother to talk to us , she was just moving here and there while we were asking her. She said she can’t be checking this all the time, it was up to the customers to check what they’re getting and she went back to the counter. She didn’t even bother resolving the issue and we had to throw the food in the bin.I’m a big fan of bread top I eat 3-4 there times a week because of the good quality and taste but this time it wasone of the most IDGAF service ever. Not going to the bread top ever again.

The bread here is Asia style and the taste is almost similar.

The lady at the counter was lovely unfriendly, poor service.

Never waking in this store again. They lady that was working at the counter hates her job, she literally slammed the bun in the table rather then handing it to me. I wouldn’t mind if she would leave it in the table but she slammed it.
