So disappointed, we have ordered ham and cheese pizza and Italian sausages pizza with cheesy crust, but pizzas don’t have cheesy crust and no ham in the ham and cheese pizza. When I went to grab my order, a girl was in her personal phone, I had to wait around 5min to 10min till her response. This is the second time we had to experience on dominos pizza.

For an evening where the digital ordering system was down (which we didn't know until we arrived at the time we requested collection, they were doing a great job. No redundancy system for when Plan A doesn't go according to plan!!We also always seem to get poor levels of toppings for our gluten and dairy free orders.

Hands down the WORST pizza I've had. Dry, barely any topping, this is absolute garbage.Don't ever go here, it's simply terrible and not worth even the heavily discounted app prices. Very rarely will i complain about food, but this is barely edible.Zero stars, i wish i could give it -1.

Ordered a cheesy garlic pizza around 11.30pm on 27/03, the pizza was burnt and they offered to make a new one. Waited 25 minutes for the second pizza and that also came out burnt (as shown in the photo) and it was already past midnight. They did not offer anything for the second burnt pizza or did not even apologise for the burning the pizza for the second time. Very bad customer service. The young crowd who works there need more training. Very disappointing.

Ordered a cheese pizza and there were pepperoni on the pizza. I am a vegetarian since I am allergic to meat, specially when it’s beef because it’s dead serious for me. I am taking medication for my allergies and this happened. I called the store and reported this to the manager and they asked me to bring it to the store which was ridiculous, and not even a simple sorry for that. They actually ignored it also I sent an email to domino’s but no response at all. I honestly stopped buying pizza from domino’s. I am not a customer anymore. Terrible service.Ps- this note is for domino’s.com. Just don’t come here and ask to give you more details on this because I already sent you guys emails yet no response. Please don’t be a joke. Take action if you really want to do something. What if something has happened?

False advertising yet again. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PEPPERONI PIZZA PROMOTION, JUST GO TO PIZZA HUT, DON'T WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON DOMINO'S, full of LIES and the PEPPERONI is horrible
