Where to begin…there are a handful of good things to say. I really appreciated the reminders as well as the personal phone call the day before to check if all was ok. Which in my case, I had to reschedule because my son was sick, and they made it very easy to do so. The staff was really friendly. The consultation with Dr Martin was very thorough and he answered all our questions and concerns making the decision much easier. Then we spoke with Kerrie, who went through the cost of each option, and was very good at helping us understand what we can do moving forward. These types of consultations can sometimes be stressful, but we found it friendly, reassuring, and comfortable. Thank you

I saw Martin and his team a few years back for treatment to resolve some night grinding and open bite issues as suggested by a leading TMJ specialist. After seeing 3 orthodontists before making my decision I decided to seek treatment with Martin and his team. They weren't the cheapest but also weren't the most expensive either. There were complications in the treatment period that I feel weren't addressed at a professional level that has resulted in myself now having the risk of losing my lower front teeth as they were moved too far out of my jaw line. Also the nurse who removed my braces at the end of the treatment reshaped my teeth and damaged my enamel so much that my current dentist is shocked how badly chipped and damaged my enamel is. The damage caused is something I will never get back.My permanent wired retainers do not sit correctly and have massive amounts of glue to hold them in place. The staff were nice though.I wear my removable retainers religiously but have had my bite open up again which the cause of this was not even addressed or looked into.These claims have been verified by my current dental professional.

Friendly staff, comfortable treatment rooms, and most importantly the orthodontist went above and beyond to ensure my son understood why he was there, what the treatment going forward is and why it will help - I was really impressed with how they treated him like the patient and spoke with him, rather than just to me as his parent, he was included in the discussions and decisions about treatment going forward, and we feel very confident with our treatment plan. My son feels empowered that he is in control of his treatment which is really refreshing, rather than a dentist talking over his head to me as his parent and not including him in the conversation.

Martin and then team have done an amazing job to rectify my daughters teeth, it's been 8.5 years with Multiple braces. Staff are friendly and efficient and the new space is very fresh and relaxing and doesn't feel like a typical dentist office. Would Highly recommend MP Orthodontics

I highly recommend MP Orthodontics. We have been dealing with Geoff Hall. I cannot recommend him highly enough. A truly experienced Orthodontist and I'm so glad that he's treating my son. I feel that we're in good hands with Geoff and feel that I can trusty him wholeheartedly. He's very conservative with his analysis and I feel that he's put us on the right path moving forward.

Very happy with our consultation. It did not feel rushed, the orthodontist took care to put my young daughter at ease, and importantly, their recommendations seemed very much to be based on what was best for my daughter rather than what would make them the most money. I appreciated their honesty.

My 13 y.o. son started the journey of straightening his teeth with braces and more, though the case was not easy, and Dr Hall didn't exclude the possibility of extraction. After 3 years of treatment the braces are off and the teeth are beautifully straight with no extraction needed! Very professional and thorough orthodontists' team. Thank you!!!

What an amazing dental practice. Everyone was so friendly and informative. Our treatment planner / coordinator - Kerri was really wonderful and helpful to us. Looking forward to spending some time in the practice when my daughter has her treatment. Dr Poole was also amazing & explained everything so nicely.
