Went for a house inspection with seiko ma which was supposed to start at 5:15 guy doesn’t show up till 5:30 and we didn’t even get to see the place as they closed the door in our faces even though we yelled out to let him know of our presence.we were gonna ask if we could secure by offering to pay for everything on the spot to, how unfortunate.We even called the office which says is open 24/hr but when we called we got told the office was closed and did as told by the voice operator and to no surprise we also had no luck with that aswell.Also aren’t real estate agents supposed to have a list of names of those who registered to inspect the property?

Absolutely amazing service from Nick. He is always professional, and has exceptional communication skills, always answering emails promptly and returning phone calls. I would deal with him again at my next place. Nick owns this business, and does not deserve poor feedback on behalf of people who dont even work for him. It would be nice if Google bring in a 'verified client' status before allowing comments. This is one of the most professional businesses in the property industry.

Extremely unprofessional and immoral, Seemingly no regard for the ethics and will leave you without notice whilst attempting to increase offers on rental properties. Not only are they unprofessional they are incompetent clearly highlighting their promotion of untrained staff with no capacity to execute leases. There are many many professional real estate property managers and i have been engaged with several very professional firms over the years without issue. Competition in the market and the requirement for transparency will no doubt soon eradicate unethical low budget operators with no customer support or capacity to escalate the numerous issues there representatives create. I would highly recommend not using this outfit as an owner or a tenant.

Very unprofessional property manager. Never communicate with the landlord. Renewed the contract without any consent or even any notice for the landlord. Never choose this company.

Warwick was absolutely terrible as a property manager, for York and Co and was never available when required.He was awful to deal with in regards to getting our bond back, despite us leaving the property clean and and having the carpet professionally cleaned.I would not recommend.

Absolutely horrible, me and another friend went there for inspection, then they emailed us saying we got the apartment and took a whole week and half asking for the all our paper work and processing. In the end, a day before I'm supposed to collect my key and move in, they call and say that they got the applications mixed up and can't give the apartment to us. We tried calling them numerous times but they would say they'll call back and never did. I called them everyday, in the end they came up with another excuse saying the tenant isn't ready to move yet. I tried calling them, they would either not pick up or would hang up. Absolutely the worst people, DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Worst in the market in terms of dealing with potential tenants. They never respond they make a triage based on your physical look. Rude. I don't understand how they got most of the nice apartment for rent.

Agent didn't show up for viewing. When I called them, they advised me (and four other families) that we have the wrong time (we didn't) and said that they would be more then 30 minutes late. Unfortunately, I and all the families left and didnt see the property, the agent loosing a potential tenant.

Absolutely appalled at my encounter with Luke from Hendra on the 16/02/22 from the “on-site manager”. Spoke with him twice, both times in which he hung up on me midway through each sentence, he swore over the phone and was not professional or courteous during the time of our call. Absolutely disgusted in the level of service and an extremely embarrasing front line for the company.
