Pleasant tranquil park with many good vantage point's to see the sights or enjoy the environment with friends. Good amenities provided by the council. Can recommend a walk over the Alexandra bridge, which provides many great views of the river.

No soap and toilets not clean, which is a shame as the toilets are in a well used recreational area but are known to be not clean.

This is a great spot on the north side of the Fitzroy river, right on the river in fact. The park has covered seating areas for picnics and a barbecue. A beautifully kept park with an amenity block and an off street car park. Apparently this park is nick named paret park due to the parrot theme of the art works around the park.
