The customer service at bevilles in fountain gate is not great. Staff are always too busy to smile and acknowledge your presence. It wouldn't hurt for them to look up once in a while and just say hey how you going...be with you in a minute...won't be long...etc". I could be standing there waiting for 20 minutes plus and not one staff member will make eye contact with you. On my last visit I didn't even get a hello or any sort of pleasantries (same as everytime Ive been there). It was as if I was an inconvenience asking questions about the piece of jewellery I was interested in. No smile

Went into the store this past Saturday and was served by Angela. She was nothing but rude and seemed so entitled and was more interested in talking to staff than selling me jewellery.Won’t be getting my money and went to another store. Won’t be returning here again.She needs some training in customer service!Thanks for nothing Angela!

A watch was dropped off for warranty repair, 11 weeks ago. Estimated repair time, 4 weeks.Covid19 was their first excuse. If their 4 week repair estimate was accurate, the watch would have been returned, fixed by mid March. Fail. Through April and May, more emails, more empty promises. Now in late May we email again, the third time in 2 weeks with no reply.Just don't, don't. There are cases where poor systems and communication are frustrating but Bevilles Fountain Gate and head office have gone one step below disastrous. Just don't deal with them. An extraordinary experience in how business should not be done!.Edit..and guess what, 5 days after this review was posted, the watch miraculously appeared, repaired. Squeaky wheel gets the oil!When we got the message that the watch was available for pick up and went there, 20 minutes of waiting while staff search various draws, unable to find the watch.They're a circus for our entertainment. That is all.I enjoyed the reply to this review. Contact us [email protected] they read the original review they would understand that there were 5 emails over 6 weeks with no reply.Owner? Sell, before you're bankrupted by your incompetence and further damage the Bevilles brand.Edit. Their response is to contact their customer service email address, who don't reply to emails. Clearly, the responder didn't read the complaint. More idiocy.

On most occasions staff are great and friendly. Unfortunately we have had one disappointing occasion, not intentionally but I believe the lady could have done more to check. We came in store a few weeks prior to this visit, on this occasion it was a lovely visit and the lady who helped done an amazing job, we even thought we found the right wedding band for my partner. We walked away to think about it but unfortunately left since our kids were getting restless. So a few weeks later (which was today) we went back to the store to purchase this wedding band. We lost the card the lady had filled out with the details so we told the lady the description and upon us telling her, she then said she does not sell anything like what we were telling her, we showed her exactly what we wanted as they had it in gold but was told they don’t do it in white gold and they never have. We thought it was odd as we had tried the white gold version on a few weeks before. Unfortunately due to this incident we did go else where to purchase the wedding band. I believe she could have double checked with her colleagues before assuming they did not sell it because it was not showing in the glass cabinet. I do hope our future encounters go a lot more better. They do have a great selection of jewellery though.

If i could give you no stars I would!the staff here are unprofessionally! I came in with my partner to resize my engagement ring this was in august. One of the ladies say it would take 4 weeks. A month and a bit has passed, we kept calling in so many times asking when we can come in to pick it up. They said that we canceled it and it was coming back to the store.when we got no email or call from them saying it was canceled!!!! Only for them to later say they have swapped my engagement ring to someone else who was acting on mine and my partners behalf!! How is that even possible!! What kind of system do you guys have!!! Wouldn’t you ask for ID to make sure you are serving the right customers!! Your staff also gave us a green slip with all our details on it!!! You should be asking customers for that green slip whenever they come in! Your staff is pathetic! How disappointing! Do not shop here!

My experience with Jade was so excellent! she helped me find a really beautiful ring to buy and not only that helped me find one of my precious rings i had lost in store whilst trying other on. she did everything possible to find it and i left the store feeling like i made a friend. every time i've come here the staff are so lovely and it really feels like they care about you :)

Best experience with Tamara, she is amazing and very helpful, was very patient and showed me great choices of there products to help me with indecisiveness, will definitely be looking for her when I come in next and have recommended her to all my friends and family when they go in!Look forward to see her next time for my purchase.

Whilst we didn't buy anything, Kara was absolutely fabulous to deal with! She showed us so many different rings and gave us honest opinions on everything we tried. If money allowed, we'd definitely visit Kara for every occasion!
