Kaizen Massage

Couldn’t have had a worse massage. It really upset me paying $91 for a massage done from someone that incompetent.To be honest I’ve been there before and I can say I was satisfied with the quality of the massage and the female therapist I had. This time the male therapist who looked after me felt like he didn’t know what and how a professional massage is done, rubbing wrong spots, using an extreme quantity of oil and not ending it with a hot towel and stones - how it has always been done in the past. To end this bad experience, I also couldn’t successfully use my healthcare card, so I had to pay the full amount.You lost a customer, try to invest in better workers and training please.

Very good experience. This was my first time going to a foot spa here and the staff is super friendly. The place looks beautifully decorated, it’s basically a whole vibe here, very relaxing. I had Steven as my therapist and he’s amazing. I had the oil full body massage and since it was my first time, he went easy but intense at the same time which was super bearable and I felt so good afterwards. Every minute is being spent to “pamper” you and it never goes to waste so it definitely feels like my money is being put to good use here. I appreciate Steven for his hard work and gentleness towards me at the same time. 10/10 would recommend and come back again :)

Disappointing! Have been to Kaizen a few times and had great therapists. Went for an hour massage yesterday and left so disappointed and frustrated. The therapist" kept walking out during the session (don't know why) and knocking before entering - so disruptive and not relaxing. They massaged the left and right sides of my body so differently

I had a great first experience at Kaizen Massage. I highly recommend Elaine for your body care therapist; she was friendly and didnt persist on talking as the massage progressed. She cracked points on my neck and back that have never been cracked before. By the end of it, I felt so relaxed and like I got a brand new neck. Will come back again!Thank you!

As a massage therapist myself, I was very upset by my treatment yesterday. I am bruised from my treatment to the touch and in pain but not the sore muscle good pain. The massage therapist was pushing on bones (pelvis, femur head, and ribs) as if they were tight muscles and it was incredibly uncomfortable. I was flinching away and when I asked for neck and shoulders work instead , she said she needed to work where she was because I had tight tendons and continued digging her elbows nearly into my spine. I felt tense the entire time and didn't enjoy the treatment as it was very painful. I didn't even get a chance to tell her where I was sore or what I wanted. I'm more upset that spent money to get bruised from what should have been a relaxing massage.

*NOT MASSAGE RELATED*I am super upset!! :( I walked in yesterday to have a cupping session and I was told that professional is not available for cupping. I totally understood and I returned saying, I should have called before coming. So, I booked my appointment on call today for a cupping session that comes with a massage ( as mentioned on the price list) 25 minutes for $40. The guy who received my call didnot mention that no one is there to do cupping. Instead, he jotted down my name and number amd booked the 6pm slot for me. I arrived 20 minutes earlier just in case. Firstly, I was told that I have to have a remedial massage for making the most out of cupping therapy. I was being insisted to get a $55 massage along with the already booked cupping session. When I mentioned it to Polly that it's been mentioned everywhere( on the pamphlet + price list poster in the massage centre at the display) that it already comes with a massage then why do I have to pay another $55 for massage. She clearly said that it's for few minutes only. I said it's fine with me. Then, she asked me to wait and called the manager to ask about who is going to attend me . She came and told me that the professional( I assume its the manager) cannot come.I am not trying to be a Karen here but this behavior is not at all justified and acceptable!

I had a 30 minute massage in the chair..head and shoulders..It was done expertly. I really enjoyed it. The price is fairly high $55 and thrtr is an additional $1 to use your crefit card....which is s nuisance when prices are alteady high
