Bob Jane T-Marts Perth

Booked in for two new tyres and when I picked up my vehicle they told me my tie rods were broken and they couldn't align my front tyres (the new ones).I had two mechanics inspect my vehicle and neither of them could find any issue with the tie rods, brake knuckles, torsion bar or anything else that would cause the alignment issues Bob Jane claimed there was.7 months later, the inside edge of both front tyres had worn to the wires. I booked my vehicle in to Peddars, who also found nothing wrong, except for the tyres not be aligned. They couldn't figure out what Bob Jane guys did to get it so wrong and fixed the issue that day.I have since contacted Bob Jane, both the Perth store and Head Office, and they have not gotten back to me as I requested. Customer service is non-existant and it worries me that they can't seem to do a routine alignment correctly.No issues with the alignment before going to Bob Jane and now I'm out of pocket for the two new tyres I have to get to replace the two that are barely 8 months old and ruined. Also out of pocket for the alignment Peddars had to do to correct the mistake made by Bob Jane.EDIT: I sent an email to feedback@bobjane as per the comment below and it has been almost 4 business days now without a reply. Unsure if they do not want to assist or a just slow at responding.

Wonderful service, specially thanks to Brian, he explained to me about tire option and helpful advise. changed tires, air pressure, alignment and discount(buy 3 get 1 free) Price was reasonable and good service.

Michael at BobJane North Perth was excellent! Very helpful and went above and beyond in helping to source rims and tyres for my Range Rover Sport. A big problem was accommodating the brakes but we got there in the end. Managed to score a set of 6 Pirelli Scorpion AT+ in quick time, all the more impressive given the headaches of COVID. I now have my AT set for an upcoming Nullarbor trip and a 6th spare in the event I couldn't source a tyre out there. I can absolutely recommend Michael and the guys and won't hesitate to return again come the time. Cheers guys!

My go to tyre place when I lived in Perth. Chris was always accommodating, friendly and professional. For the 6 years I lived there, I brought in 4 cars, put on 2 sets of rims/tyres, and tyres for the other 2 vehicles. Never an issue with the service or quality of the products. I will always recommend anyone travelling (or living) to Perth to use this business for all their wheel and tyre needs.

Dropped in 20mins before closing time with the aim of booking my car in another day for a puncture repair and to my amazement they were able to repair it right there and then! Also a friendly bunch of guys to chat to, thanks guys!

The service from Chris and Jakob was very welcoming and helpful!They were able to help to schedule my appointment in at a very short notice period of time, which makes thing go as smooth as possible!Definitely recommend them! Price is reasonable too!
