Nice staff and good vet but I really don’t like the follow up phone calls from a marketing company surveying me. It makes me feel you don’t care about my dogs care, just how you can upsell me. Sadly the lines of pet care/ business and commercial outcomes seem blurred here.

Great staff! Have been bringing my Cavoodle here since she was only a few month old, is now 3 years old. Always feel well looked after. They explain things clearly and well. Make you feel comfortable and part of the family.

Wanted $35 to treat my 5kg dog for 1 month for fleas, wayyyy to expensive.In reply I got the exact same treatment for $25 from another vet, so yes you guys are wayyyy to expensive.You guys need to really focus on your customer service, as I'm finding you rather..well rude with your edits" yes you guys are expensive when the same treatment is $10 cheaper at a vet 5 minutes away!!I would find it rather off putting if I was googling vets and seeing your response and edits!"
