I enjoyed the outstanding customer service i received from Sethum, he was honest, up front and didn't try to sell me anything I didnt need.Honesty and integrity isn't something many people would think of when talking about someone in sales, however, Sethum most certainly has honesty and integrity and I would highly reccomend him to sort out your connection needs.

Just walked in to purchase a new phone and was told I have to book an appointment and the next available was in a WEEKS time !!!

Absolutely useless! Zero concept of customer service or time. Kept me waiting for over two hours with the ever pleasing just five minutes more and when finally I got to sit with someone ten minutes into it they swapped so I had to explain it over again and then they didn’t have what I wanted in stock, even though I had stated what I wanted when I was told to wait! Whoever runs this store should be sacked!

Appointment only, Yet no direct number for the store and no Online way to book an appointment. This is a joke, tesltra just lost a client who spends over $1000 a month on services. due to poor customer service.

Must make an appointment to go there. They would not take my telstra modern back I had to go to a post office and return it there. Staff are friendly.

Called twice during business hours to check for availability of a phone I want to purchase outright and no answer, do you want business or not?

Seriously terrible service. Turned up at store at 9am opening. Told there was an hours wait. An hour later, still told two customers before me. Store was quiet. Another half an hour passed and still waiting. Going to optus instead.

Josh and Liam are star performers. The two of them combined make for an enjoyable visit every time even when there's a lot of boring paperwork and compliance matters to deal with.I would highly recommend Telstra over Optus or Vodafone for a number of reasons. Firstly, with Telstra one is gaining access to the best quality telecommunications network by a long way (Telstra products cost more however this is because they are worth more because their network is so very much better). Secondarily, Telstra knows business and it looks after business customers very well so long as you are a well organised business and make honest to goodness attempts to administer your account properly. Lastly yet most importantly, when there is a problem (and there's always going to be little problems here and there with a complicated product & services offering) the staff in the Telstra stores are capable of sorting these problems out in store - unlike Optus & Vodafone, Telstra stores are not franchises of a distant corporation rather they are proper company representatives who are authorised to act to correct things that are obviously wrong or in errorThanks Josh and cheers Liam for your awesome help today; very much appreciated gents!

Telstra has gotta be joking thinking that they are a communication company. 20 phonecalls in business hours to two local shops and neither answer the phone. Some of us do have to run a business and are time poor. Wasting time on an obviously disinterested company that charges a HUGE premium over their competitors doesn't add up. The competitors must be catching up on coverage. That is only reason to choose Telstra. Their customer service is non-existent!!!!!Not my first rodeo with them either. Consistently bad service on so many levels.Typical response from them below. Not answering today either. Why not be honest and admit you don't take phonecalls? An appointment to visit a shop? Shameful lack of service!!!!
