Consistently the overall results are very good here. Obviously you are going to get occasions with a less experienced nail technician anywhere you go. But this one manages to maintain a very high standard overall. SNS Nails generally lasts me 2 to 3 weeks and my nails grow fast.

Unfortunately had a very horrible experience. I had high hopes for this nail place but was mistaken. Asked for a simple pedicure and not only was some of my old nail polish not removed properly (different colour too), but the nail tech cut the bottom of my pinky toe and there was blood everywhere. It’s been two days and I’m still limping because of the pain. All that was offered in return was a $5 discount… definitely does not compensate for the poor experience I had. I will definitely not be returning, there are plenty other nail salons around the area that take better care of their customers and do a finer job.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff are nice and experienced. The services are a little expensive- getting SNS taken off cost me $20, which is quite a lot. But overall, I was pretty happy.However, be prepared to be exposed to some atrocious behaviour by some of the clients there. I don’t know how these poor nail techs deal with it! Every time I have been there, the behaviour of some of the middle aged women is so uncomfortable; they just abuse the workers and treat them like trash… it’s so awful. The workers there are lovely and should be treated as such.

Price changes for the same services every visit. This time it was $95 dollars for a service that was $80 the previous visit. Nails are poorly finished and uneven lengths.

I asked for my SNS to be removed and they picked then off instead of soaking them which I could have done on my own and cost $15!! They are also very expensive compared to other better nail places. When I got my new set on they were rough which hurt. Don’t waste your money and time with this place!

I am disgusted with the outcome of my nails. i have nail glue all over my hands, the design is terrible and when i asked them to fix it, they refused, and the staff are rude. absolutely disgusting. do not go here!!

I get EVO nails done here, which I find is much better for my nails than Shellac. Great service. Highly recommend.

I have been a returning customer at Sapphire for over 4 years (began when previous owner was running it) and I’m very disappointed to have to give such a poor review today. I had a shellac manicure and had to ask for moisturiser at the end and apply myself. I left with the polish on the tips of my fingers. I also had a pedicure which was done poorly also, my heels were not scrubbed of dry skin. I had to do that myself when I got home. The nail technician also had to inform us that some of the colours we had chosen were thick, suggesting that the nail polishes are old and have not been renewed for a very long time. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere to have my nails done in the future.
