Got charged twice as much for tomatoes accused of taking them off the vine to get them cheaper utterly disgusted they could not tell the difference between vine tomatoes and gourmet ones not just the checkout person not even the fruit and veg manager the store manager it took 15 minutes to f my time and patience to buy 3 tomatoes I will never shop there again I felt totally disrespected insulted and truly gobsmacked if you cannot tell the difference between your produce put a sticker in each one waste your time not mine.......

The worst deli section of all stores in this area. Never well stocked, doesn’t look fresh and staff don’t seem to care.

Bad customer service. Their click and collect is actually an in store pickup which is super inconvenient. I only found out when I came to get my click and collect order and wasn’t able to find a designated car bay. I had to wake up my sleeping baby and and walk into the store with baby’s in the carrier. The staff member just gave me a deep trolley full of groceries. When I told her that I expected it to be a car bay collection and asked to help to pack groceries into bags as I had a baby on me, she said I should’ve read the website properly and that everyone was busy but she will try to find someone. She was running around trying to find someone and then told me that no one is available. She clearly wasted this time on looking for someone to help but she could’ve helped me herself. I was lucky that a kind customer offered me her help. When I got home I realised I was given chicken breast instead of fresh salmon. Will never use click and collect at that store again

Male worker in the deli was ridiculously rude. He roled his eyes at me when i asked for something that needed to be sliced, then proceeded to complain to another worker as i walked away.

Rude young man at self serve. No tills open other then 12 items. You need friendly helpful staff at self serve.

I like this little Woolworths. Everything you need and they don't keep moving stuff around. Smiley staff too...

Over priced especially considering bread was $1.15 from there... now $2.40
