my experience was terrible i was there early in the morning to get a coffee and a muffin and not only were the muffins still not ready but i saw the owner making the muffins without any gloves and general lack of hygiene. absolutely appalled.

A Muffin Break like so many others but boy what muffins! I am addicted to their apple and cinnamon muffins. They ain't small these muffins either. The coffee ain't to bad as coffee goes. They do offer a selection of other foods, besides muffins and coffee. Also they do have weight watchers muffins I believe.Clean and well looked after. The food court at Green Hills ain't to bad all considered.This place can be a little busy around breakfast and lunch time so be prepared to wait a few minutes.The staff are helpful and general friendly.

Ordered a chocolate frappe and received and ice chocolate. Asked for a steak pie and got steak and cheese, not good, and my mum had the chicken and avo wrap toasted and chicken was dry and it was barely toasted. Cheese tasted off as well

Asked for a extra shot for coffee this morning. With the two muffins I bought. Charged me, happy to pay!But didn't bother to give me the extra shot.Very disappointing.

Bought a 4 pack of muffins, they were terrible, had a funny taste on the top of them.Don't know if they were fresh.

The staff at this franchise aren't the best but I feel like they're improving. The last time I had food from here I was disappointed in the lack of chocolate chips in my chocolate chip muffin. I'll give these guys another go for sure and hope they find their rhythm.
