Maurice and Harry did a quality installation job. The team had organised grid connection after the install. The quote process was simple, the reo came to the house, reviewed where the panels could go and looked at the electrical board to make sure he understood the installation requirements. He sat with me and ran through the options and as I wasn’t sure if I wanted a battery or just panels, he provided quotes for both. He explained the rebates available and the changes coming at the end of the year, something other companies had used as a scare tactic to make me sign quicker was just explained carefully and not pushed on me. The process after I signed was well communicated and efficient. The install was done a few weeks later, in and out in a day by an experienced team. They explained what they were going to do and let me know what was going on through the day, then ran through the operation of the system. They followed up later to check everything was working and I was satisfied with the service. Good experience all round.

What a great experience from start to finish. From Courtney in the office, to Lee who did the quote, to Caleb and Dante who did the install we could not have been happier. I had the info I needed in short time and follow up queries responded to quickly. Installation was ok, all done within 2 days and tech support with the app was great.

Recently had a solar system installed by Expert Electrical.The whole process from dealing with Ben to get our quote, through to the admin team and the fantastic installation team of Maurice and Harrison was a great experience.Everyone was very responsive, helpful and seemed genuinely keen to give us a good product and experience.

Everything worked perfect since day 1and has been for the last 4 months.Thanks to legend Jacob who had to complete the installation by himself and Courtney form the office .Recently had an issue with the inverter app not providing live data and it was rectified in a week, after only 1 email to their office.

My experience in having our Solar PV installed by Expert Electrical has been excellent.First the process of consultation and receiving a quote from Lee was straightforward, professional, and informative. We went through a range of topics and options, including flexibility to allow for adding batteries at some point in the future. My thanks to Lee for mentioning the green home loan from the Commonwealth Bank, which was ideal for us. As to the quote - it was reasonable and our loan officer commented that it was one of the most thorough and professional proposals she had seen.As soon as we got the go ahead on the green Home Loan, the installation date was set up and booked to occur within days. Jacob the electrician and his assistant Harry are both excellent - again professional and highly efficient. Ours was a large (13kW) but relatively straightforward installation on a tin roof, that they managed to complete within one (11-hour) workday. The last couple of hours were taken up with ensuring the inverters, wifi connections, and software were all operational. Also, Jacob has done a really neat job with the cabling and mounting of inverters etc.Customer service has been great all along the way, and have checked in to see if everything is working as expected. The performance at the moment is exceeding the estimates (which may have been a bit conservative in allowing for our east-west orientation). They initiated the process for smart meter installation, but also let me know that often the utility needs a contact from the home owner to push them along. I am now expecting this installation to take place within the next week.So in summary, if you want an efficient professional installation service with high quality products at a reasonable price, then I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.
