Stayed over for a few days in March 2022. Fantastic place to stay as I love the country & the peace and quite which you get as the house is set back from the road and there is comparatively little road traffic. Also great to have a whole house to oneself for same the price you'd have getting a hotel/motel room, hence room to really spread out, cook, nice size fridge. Great sunsets/sunrises, wish I had more time to actually explore the property. Thank You Learmonths Place!

Fantastic place to stay. The house is great with plenty of space. And our Labrador loved it. The owners of the house were really helpful and accommodating. The farm is situated far enough away to feel remote yet only a short drive for supplies. We'll be back again for sure. Thankyou for a great stay.

Authentic 100 year old farmhouse, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plenty of things to see and do within a half hour drive.

Great value , awesome old school rural property with river frontage. Plenty of rooms and bedding, modern kitchen facilities, very clean bathrooms with ensuite , bbq , two living areas and close to Bridgewater,
