If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely atrocious work and barely better service.We dropped an iPhone X in at 12.20pm, being told a screen replacement would take two hours. (Already a bit of a stretch for reasonable time)Four and a half hours later, we’re passed what looks like an iPhone, frankenstined together with more super glue than glass.When questioning the safety and quality of the work, they applied even more glue and gave us two complimentary rubber bands to hold the phone together.No more than ten metres away from their counter the back screen peeled away and the refund argument began.The only value we’ve found in this encounter is the story we’ll be able to share at the pub.Don’t do it to yourself, there are plenty of other services.

Reliable place, I always get my screen protectors put on here and they last years!! Love this place!!

Screen replacement for iPhone 12. Paid $240 for a better quality screen but it proved to be very fragile and broke within two weeks. Their screen was cracked and disengaged from a very superficial impact. Took it back and was flatly told it was my issue, but they could replace the screen for me again, for another $240. Yeah, no thanks.Second repair done by another store who noticed stripped screws and chips on the phone case from the first repair.Take caution.

Went here to fix my screen the staff were very friendly and gave me a very good price and the work they did was very good like brand new

2 girls working there do not have customer service skills. Saying that the screen protector was expensive for $39. Screen protector for iPhone.

This place is a rip off and staffed by dishonest people. They told us our iPhone XR screen can be replaced by a more expensive original OLED screen. So we agreed and they took the phone. Then we went to another phone shop and asked for the same screen price. They told us there’s no such thing as an OLED screen for XR. Only the cheaper LCD which is same as original.We went back to get our phone but they refused to stop the repair after not even 5 minutes.Bunch of liars! We made the mistake of leaving the phone there but we want everyone else to know to be careful who you’re dealing with.And all these other 5 star reviews look like fakes as well.You have been warned!

They replaced my iPhone screen and it now looks like I’ve got a Samsung because of the screen they replaced it with. Definitely would not recommend. They didn’t even give warning. If I wanted a Samsung I would’ve bought one. On top of that they had to redo the screen because it didn’t work the first time, thus taking longer and I’m pretty certain they went to another store to get it fixed.

Very poor customer service.The staff was very unfair to us we went to replace a screen protector and it already cracked in two months. We reached out to them to replace a new one but they said no and the price was very expensive to repair.I I highly recommend you don’t go to this store, spend your money for a different screen protector store.
