We have had two dogs with various health and psychological issues over the last many years. We, and more importantly they, have always been treated with kindness, understanding and professional medical care. Sandy and the vets, nurses, and receptionists are amazing. Highly recommend.

I needed an appointment as soon as possible and I was able to be seen the same day I called as my dog had injured his foot. The staff were fantastic, friendly & caring and reasonably priced. They took very good care of my boy.

Not great first impressions, a blonde lady at the reception was quite rude to us, not welcoming at all. Being very blunt with every question and just seemed like she didn't care. The same reception told us we wouldn't be able to get in all day (our pup had a hook through her lip) and we would have to wait around for hours to see if something opened up, and we were in within 15 minutes so clearly she wasn't bothered to try at all. The vet that we saw was really great and helpful and incredibly nice that's why I'm not rating it lower.
