A1 Vacuums Traralgon

If I could give a 0 I would. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews but I took 2 working vacuums in under the impression they buy unwanted vacuums. The man was not a good communicator by any means, told me 1 vacuum 'looked hard to use' (my 3yo can use it) and then took them without paying.

Agree they do not provide any customer service or know what they are doing. Agreed to buy a reconditioned cordless vacuum from them, paid a deposit and was told they would ring us the next week to pick up. No phone call in 2 weeks so go back to shop and told just waiting on new battery to arrive. Back to shop following week only to find out that our" vacuum cleaner has been lent to woman at Sale for her daughter to use but "should be back in a few days". Another week

No customer service at all.

My initial repairs were meant to only take a week which then turned into 4 with no follow up from the business. I had to keep going into the store to check up on the progress as their phone liner were down and the owner ever picked up this mobile. Eventually got to the point where we could order the part only to be told after another 3 weeks that my part couldn’t be sent out until the they could make a specific $$$ amount order with Dyson. I had also brought a $70 replacement part from another provider when I originally took my vacuum in and was told that I couldn’t get that part because they no longer had it. Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend

I have tried 3 times to use this business. On 2 occasions they were closed (during open hours), and the 3rd time I stood in store for 10 minutes. Rang the bell a number of times, no answer. It didn’t look like anyone was there. Shop was grotty, and floors looked like they needed a bloody good clean. Ironic. I won’t be trying again.

This business is disgusting ..dropped a vacuum in for fixing 5 weeks later had to take it home in in pieces as they had done nothing .do not go there

Very happy with how l was treated by Steve and Nick, Steve returned call promptly, picked my vac systemup and took back to workshop, solved problem then returned and installed .Working beautifully now,Thankyou.

Just as other reviews, communication is non existent! Asked for replacement parts and so far 8 weeks, 2 visits and still no part just excuses!. No idea what they are doing!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. My vacuum has been in this store for 5 weeks with NO communication, I have left several voice mails as they NEVER answer the phones and they NEVER get back to you......ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. DONT TAKE YOUR VACUUM HERE FOR REPAIRSAfter nearly 10 weeks (they said it would be ready in 1 week) the vacuum was ready and my Hubby picked it up--when I got it out the charger is missing! Called the store and was told they quite possibly have lost it and MAY be able to find a replacement! These idiots have no clue how to run a business

Becareful buying from this store. I bought a Hoover vaccum in January and then moved interstate. When it broke down and I took it in to a Godfreys to be repaired under warranty I realised that A1 had only written bagless vaccum" on my receipt
