Havannah Accommodation

If you want a good sleep.. it’s NOT here. It’s basically student accomodation and they are so disrespectful and loud. No insulation, so you can hear every conversation and footstep, music and parties.Other than that, the room itself is super basic also. I had to flip my mattress over, it’s so old and the springs are digging into my back, the fire sensor light creates a strobe light disco for you at night time and the fridge sounds like it’s about to explode, had to disconnect it to try eliminate some noises.The students and insulation for me were mega red flags here. I can get through the tiny details of the room itself, but the noises are actually unbearable from upstairs.

This place is fantastic for those without kids who have experience travelling.Their service is top notch as well, they let me reschedule my stay as I was stuck in another town with my car getting fixed on the day I was meant to check-in.The location is close to the Bathurst railway line and only a short walk to the Chiefley locomotive and rail museum, a huge plus for rail buffs!You will need a car to get around as they're not located in the centre of town, but there's plenty of land marks around if you go exploring without a GPS to find your way back.I certainly will be back again!

A good place to stay. Although the room seemed small, it was very comfortable and had everything that we needed including a shared living area and a shared kitchen and dining area. The location is good, being fairly close to the train station and to the shops and restaurants. The shared kitchen includes a stove, microwave oven, plates, bowls, cutlery, pots and pans. Take care not to lock your keys in the room as the office is not always open.

Excellent little motel. Easy walk to the main street of Bathurst. The apartment is small, and has a communal kitchen, it's not the place you stay in for a visit it's so you can visit and enjoy Bathurst.Only gripe, parking seems tight when fully booked. I think that might be solved if lines were painted (since people were leaving comfortable spaces between their cars).Other than that excellent experience.

Rating at 5 stars simply because it's your basic Motel & doesn't pretend to be anything else. Clean, comfortable & close to shops, pubs, etc. The Manager was friendly & helpful.

Arrived late at night, plenty of parking (very well lit), staff super accommodating, room seemed basic at first but was very clean, great WiFi, fridge, tea/coffee etc, fan and light controls accessible from bed, blinds blocked out the world, it had all the comforts you would expect from a more expensive motel without the unnecessary frills, although must note the linens were lovely for the price.All this would be enough but here are the things that take it from ok to WHAT???1. Unbelievable shower pressure, if you appreciate a good shower pressure you will understand.2. BEST pillows I have ever slept on, I just don't know, everyone likes their own type of pillow - I like thin, soft, hardly any point to them pillows, these were big and fluffy and filled me with dread; and then.... nothing I was asleep.3. Shared kitchen - it has everything you need and a dining table4. Shared laundry - didn't use but super convenient.So, to give you the negatives, there was no milk for tea/coffee in my room but may have been in the kitchen, I found the exhaust fan in the bathroom loud but it may just be me and it didn't bother other rooms.Overall I was happy and comfortable, the price was amazing and the staff wonderful

Easy access and instruction to the rooms via email. Very convenient if arriving after office hours.

The room was booked in advance via Expedia, I arrived 1 hour before Check in end, found out the hotel was self-check in, but it surprised me no text message for key code was sent by the hotel, then rang both mobile and land line phone numbers sticked on reception door, both numbers were very unfortunately silent, I sent a message on the mobile number, but no response at all. An hour later it was able to leave message on land line, totally waiting for 1 hour 15mins key code was sented by the hotel.The room is very basic, the fan in toilet doesn't work.No first time stay self-check in hotels / motels, but never experienced service like such terrible way.it's better stay away this hotel if you don't want to fall in trouble.

I phoned booked. Service was prompt, friendly and fulfilled my requirements straight away. Even when I arrived late 11pm. Day staff were even cool because of my sleep ins.Simple requirement, simple, neat, clean and warm.Shared common room and kitchen area as well. All immaculate.I will stay there again when I go back.

Great place to stay in Bathurst. Located close to public transport, close to the city centre. Nice rooms. Well cleaned and maintained.
