3228 Blinds

Couldn't be more happy with Phil @ 3228 Blinds. Our new home needed the full works so we began our research and quickly discovered that everybody recommended 3228 Blinds as the best in the business. We booked Phil in and did our research so that we could be experts and tell Phil exactly what we wanted...Well we were shocked when Phil turned up for our consultation. Phil opened our eyes as to what's possible, what is not possible and presented us with some concepts that we had not even considered. To put it short, he is a wealth of knowledge and simply refused to commit to concepts that while others in the industry would be happy to sell us, from his experience, it would simply not give us a quality result. Instead his suggestions were simple, elegant and to put it bluntly, perfect in form and function. The selection of fabrics and finishes were amazing and as always, Phil's suggestions were spot on. After final selection and confirmation, Phil was happy to help us out with some last minute changes, and were were committed. With everything made in Australia with Australian made material, we didn't have long to wait and the day of installation arrived. While some people may have problems with trades, our experience with 3228 Blinds was amazing. After everything was installed and explained we were simply in awe with how everything had come together...it was then that the real difference between Phil and the others came up. After explaining how everything worked (we have motorised blinds as part of the package) he goes on to tell us that during installation they noticed that there was a slight marking on the reverse side of one of our roller blinds - rather than us perhaps never seeing it, or finding it later and having to worry about what might happen, Phil goes on to tell us that he has already re-ordered the blind for us and will schedule a re-installation in the near future. He then scheduled a visit with us in a couple of weeks to come back and check that we're still happy and to cover off any issues we might uncover. We're simply in love with the look, feel and operation of the blinds. There are little differences between what 3228 Blinds do and others. 1. Additional fabric in the roller blinds so that they can be adjusted later if required. 2. Quality materials with real weight in them so blinds don't bang and crash into the walls when they are being operated or in breeze. 3. The Australian milled fabrics in our sheers and rollers are simply stunning and look and feel like a dream. 4. Understanding what in reality is possible with large format windows like ours and suggesting the appropriate coverings (or what simply is not possible and best to leave uncovered!) 5. Phil's conversational manner and expertise is perfect - he imparts knowledge and concepts in a way that leave you feel confident in the final product and then delighted when it comes true. We'd happily recommend 3228 Blinds to anybody. Thanks 3228 Blinds.

We love our blinds!Our thanks to Phil for his advice.I didn’t know what to do or where to begin and Phil made the process much easier than I’d imagined.Phil was able to quickly assess our needs and recommend the best solution for our window furnishings.We decided on block-out and shade blinds and they suit the styling of our home perfectly. They are great quality and look beautiful.The tradesman that installed the blinds arrived on time, was friendly and worked quickly and cleanly to provide placement of the blinds.Thanks again.

We used Phillip and his team for our house down near Apollo Bay. The window was a difficult one to work out for us, but Phillip’s insight and advice was invaluable. Professional, friendly, on time (amazing seeing that he had to come from Torquay!) and so easy to deal with. The install team were also spot on and lovely to deal with. Really happy with the design, the quality of the shutters and the price. Couldn’t have had a better experience. The shutters have really made the room. Plus we love Rocco the wonder dog! What a cute floofa!

We just had our sheer curtain installed and i absolutely love it. The ordering process and installation was simple and the quality and choice of fabrics were great. Highly recommend 3228 Blinds and would definitely use them again.

Phil and his team were amazing! From start to finish Phil was available for all of my questions and the outside zip blind looks incredible. The process was fast with the blind being installed within 4 weeks. Highly recommend this team.
