I was treated by dentist Sandy Bahra and nurse Kailea. Both were friendly, honest and made my visit as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend booking in with them.

Had a lovely experience today. True I didn't have anything painful done but Dr Ongun took the time to explain a very complex procedure to me. She showed me the images and allowed me to ask questions and answered them all. So many times we are expected to just go with the flow. As a nervous patient this allowed me to feel much more confident.

Really had a relaxed experience toay at Caloundra Smiles. Stacey was warm and friendly and I felt really well looked after. I was given some care options and discussed future plans with Stacey. Helpful staff at reception as well.Highly recommend this well run practice

Can’t speak highly enough of my experiences at Smiles. When I needed a large tooth extracted, Dr Bryan Ong went to lengths to explain every step of the procedure and performed it with such expertise and skill that I experienced no pain or discomfort either during or after the procedure. A great relief indeed! I received a follow up phone call on the following day to enquire how I was feeling. I have found all the staff helpful, friendly and efficient. I’ve been a patient at Smiles Caloundra for a number of years and will continue into the future.

Sandy and his dental assistant are probably the most professional Dentist & Dental assistant I have ever come across. An absolute asset to your practice. My auntie owns her own dental surgery and I have also grown up in Brisbane with one of the best dentists as far as reputation goes but nothing compares to the way these two work.So much for such a good dental experience.

1300 smiles Caloundra is hands down the best dental surgery I’ve ever been to! From the friendly warm staff that greet you when you walk in, to the kind & gentle dentists, there’s really no comparison.I have taken my children and grandchildren there and each time the professional staff have made sure they were as comfortable as possible.My 4 year old grandson breezed through his unfortunate first filling, due to the caring nature of the staff.Thanks 1300 Smiles Caloundra for being amazing, easily my whole family’s first choice Dentist since we moved to the coast back in 2013Update- as of 2021, all 3 grandkids have gone through this dental surgery since 2013- master 7 had an unfortunate abscess and needed 3 teeth removed… thanks to the expert staff he had no trouble during or recovering from the surgery. In fact he still loves going to the dentist for their friendly warm service and cute little show bags! (Toothbrush, toothpaste, teeth brushing chart, balloon, magnet, etc all in a named little bag!)I wouldn’t trust any other dentist.Special shout-out to Dr Stacy who has been especially wonderful with the kids, making sure they’re comfortable and have the best ever dental experience.
