Scholler Shoe Repair

I brought in my watch for a battery replacement. The staff there broke the watch and admitted to it. They then had to order the part, promising to call me back within a week. They never called. When i called them the lady was rude and dismissive explaining the watch wont be ready for another week. Finally once called to advise the watch is ready they wouldnt supply verification the part was a genuine omega part. They referred me to the owner who was worse. He threatened me over the phone and was totally dismissive to what i had experienced. Get repairs here at your own risk.

This used to be my local shoe repair/key cutting store for 5 years, until I had to deal with a downright rude woman that claimed to be the 'manager'.I dropped in a pair of expensive boots that had fraying elastic side panels. They took these shoes with the promise of attempting to sew and seal the fraying edges. When I went to pick them up, only one of the 4 side panels had been stitched, to an abysmal quality (where they had clearly not continued with the rest of the panels, because it looked so bad). She then tried to charge me for this abysmal work, and tried to convince me that they had fixed all the side panels. Luckily, I had taken photos before handing my boots in, and I was able to prove that nothing had been done and they looked exactly the same as before. Despite this, the manager spent half an hour arguing with me about paying for this. Told me me to come back when her boss was in and 5 min after I left, she texted me to come back and collect the shoes. When I told her I won't ever be spending my money there again, she yelled at me not to come back. Embarrassing excuse for a business and deplorable customer service. Don't waste you money here- it's overpriced and there are plenty of other similar businesses that actually treat their customers right and deserve your business.

I've been coming few times, first to get my car keys done, second to ask them nicely to look at it again because only work on one side, third time to really have a look again see if they see any problem to fix it, argue a lot with the lady saying have been doing this for so many years never have issue, blaming customer, breaking my old keys in the process, Fourth time giving opportunity to refund before putting bad review, rejected and insulted. That's fine. I went to Mr Minit on the other side of shopping centre, they made a new one with fraction of the price and better customer service.

Worst customer service I took my garage remote to have the battery replaced I reprogram the remote and it still did not work bought a new remote elsewhere garage door works fine I rang the Knox City store and explain this to Pauline who was rude and arrogant and swore at me and told me never to come back to her shop again when I told her I was not happy that the fact that the original battery may not have been flat and may have been the actual remote that was faulty but still charged me would not refund me and was very rude about the whole situation. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on her attitude.

I went in to get my Dad's watch battery replaced on 15th March. The lady at the kiosk was fast asleep. I had to wake her up to ask to be served.She was lovely at the start. Whilst she was replacing the battery i politely asked her if she could change the date on the watch as i didn't know how to do it. Her sarcastic response was will you let me do my job?" . She was extremely rude. I said to her that i didn't understand why she had to be rude when all she had to say was that she would do or she couldn't do it for me. She started verbally abusing me very loudly and went off at me. She was loud enough for people passing by to stop and listen to what was happening. She said i was the worst customer she has ever dealt with and threatened to call Security. She removed the new battery she had just replaced and threw the watch at me and told me to "get out and never come back". I was flabbergasted and didn't understand why she flew off the handle for a simple request. I felt so sad when i walked away from there because it was my Dads watch that she abused me for. I will never be going there again and don't recommend that shop to anyone. She was going to charge me $20 to replace a battery

I have been going there few times for repairing my car keys.Quality service is very professional. Staff are also very polity, friendly as Well as always eager to help if necessary. I would really like to recommend this shop.

BE WARNED!! This shop is very unreliable and dishonest. Schollers replaced my watch band and when I picked it up they also informed me that they had reset my watch. I discovered a short time later that my watch was now not functional at all.When I returned and brought this to their attention, she explained to me that I didn't know how to use the watch I had used for years... and then advised me that it might need a new battery which she refused to accommodate.So very disappointed to spend $30 and in return receive my watch in a less functional working order.

The service and skills are really poor. They didn’t fix the product but further damage it. I won’t use this store anymore or recommend it to anyone. If there is 0 review I will put zero instead of one star

$40 to get a new watch battery and key cut. The battery lasted 6.5 months, and the key doesn't work. Judging by other reviews, there's zero point in trying to resolve the situation. Will not be going back.
