We were able to get in and see the vet when we arrived. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were in and out quite quickly and I’m a very relieved dog mum. Thanks heaps to the team for looking after my boy.

The fish section is really dirty. After buying fish and doing everything right by my community tank, fish from here died before I even got home from the shop and within 12 hours of being added to a new tank. They also got a number of my other fish sick resulting in the death of two very large angels who had been completely healthy prior. I’ll never get fish again here. Big mistake.I love the resident cats though. Very friendly.

2 staff talking in the counter. Didn’t serve us and we have been waiting in the fish area. They knew us waited there but didn’t approach us at all. Ridiculous
