Exceptional, genuine customer service. Always have what I want and always give great recommendations if i need alternatives. Staff very friendly either over the phone or in the store. Their aim is to ensure you, their customer is happy which is such a refreshing thing in retail these days. Other stores could learn a lot from this business.

Great Range, good pricing and helpful service.Ordered online and delivered faster than estimated delivery on standard delivery.I Ordered wrong Size, they are very understanding and helpful in organising return/exchange of new size without hesitation and very quick turnaround return and delivery of new size all before estimated delivery times.Highly recommend!

Always a great selection of gear but this story is about OUTSTANDING customer service. I ordered a pair of cleats on a Sunday night about 9pm. I got a note saying they were shipped by 10am the next day. I had ordered express post but they went normal post. When I mentioned this the staff apologised about a glitch in their system (we know this happens with computers all the time) they said they would refund the postage, which I was very happy with. I expected to get the difference between the express post and standard post BUT they refunded ALL the post - hence I got them free shipping. This was over and above and I thank the team at Red Stitches. Just awesome

Easily the best baseball shop in Sydney. Maybe even the country.Great selection of all equipment for baseball and softball. The staff here are fantastic and always offer help when needed.Can say I have spent a lot of hard earned cash on bats I don’t need but I have never left disappointed with the purchases.Don’t look anywhere else this is the one stop shop.
