All I can say is, O.M.G this place is amazing, the whole place is such a vibe and the staff are so helpful and amazing, beware to go broke in there because it's so good and the place is stunning, I've always wanted to go there and when I did it blew me away and I would 10/10 recommend going there, I just wanna say thank you to everyone who works there I felt so welcomed and you where all so kind.

I love this shop! the workers are so nice and the clothing and shoes are very good quality! I got some boots for my birthday from there and I wear them every chance I get! I love how the shop is LGBT+ safe it makes me feel really comfortable. It's hard to find tithing,emo,ALT clothing in Australia in general so having this shop is a great place to go to and I am so happy I found the shop! I hope one day th shop becomes a big thing and they get to expand and grow and I can't wait to see that happen! I can't wait to go back and hope to get a move there someday! I really recommend ❤️

Absolutely awesome in store experience! A great range of things and just the most relaxed and welcoming vibes. It's a really nice environment to be in. I've only been in once so far, but I very quickly felt like I belonged.

Really awesome store layout, and the staff were so lovely. I bought a necklace for a friend and was stoked to wrap it up and give it to them for their birthday. However when the time came, unfortunately the necklace had a faulty clasp which broke. I looked it up on how to fix it and discovered it was from aliexpress which explains the quality. I did fix it in the end but it soured the experience. I paid nearly $30 for the item.

THE MOST AMAZING STAFF!! I purchased a few items online at the last minute and didn't realise one of the items were 'Made to Order' and I was worried that I wouldn't get my items in time for my event but the team at TIBBS & BONES literally made my day by organising to get my items here before my event - EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SO LAST MINUTE!! I have purchased from the store previously and the quality has been amazing and I also live in Melbourne and have been in the store a number of times and the staff have all been amazing and the store itself is a massive vibe! THANKYOU THANK YOU THANKYOU You're the best and I 11000% will be coming back!!!

Online order, my outfit is even better than pics on the website I couldn’t believe it I’m so obsessed! Interstate delivery, so quick, communication was 100%, exchange in size as I thought I was skinnier than I actually am but they made it so easy and pain free for me!!
