Fantastic powerlifting gym in Sydney. Easily accessible, I took the B333 bus here, and was an easy rideAmer and Amir are extremely accomodating, and have built an excellent culture of good advice and excellent training, and a safe place for beginners and advanced lifters, as well as casual and serious trainers.The gym is very well equipped and has everything you need if you are a powerlifter, but also for general strength as an athlete, as well as necessary equipment to comprehensively train as a strongman/womanThank you for having me

What a place! This is the place if you're looking to seriously get into powerlifting, body building or general fitness. Although the inside is nothing to write home about, the option of barbells and powerlifting equipment is great. What you're truly paying for though is the people. With such a nice community, you always feel welcome here! Special shout out to Tait!

Their staff is awsome especially Amir, this place is a serious strength training gym with all the heavy stuff like sand bags, bulgarian bags & many different types of barbells.I couldn't give it 5 stars as it's small & cramped.
