On Saturday night I experienced the workshop with Selina and Leith James. It was a first for me to hear the amazing large and beautiful gongs. The sounds from the gongs take you out of your mind and into your heart. The immersion into a state of peace is subtle and powerful. Selina's breathwork is also powerful and she delivers the work with authenticity and genuine love. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is interested in Yoga and Sound healing work.

Selina is a unique teacher, who acknowledges life as it really is. For her and for us as individuals. I find this refreshing and fascinating. I have enjoyed my one on one sessions with Selina exploring ways of being. Selina gives it her all (presence)at these sessions, which is heartfelt.I so enjoy Smile within Yoga classes, each class is filled with Selena wisdom, one of the best way to begin or end the day. I love all the classes, from the yoga weights class to the yoga flow and Yin classes, which are held in a beautiful studio set in nature.x: )

I can't recommend Selina's workshops enough! Her yoga classes are nourishing and challenging based on the needs of her students. Selina's intuitive guidance means she will meet us where we're at and make suggestions and flows so we get the most out of every class. She has extensive knowledge on many different practices which she incorporates into each session and tailors these offerings into 1-on-1 sessions as well to really deep-dive and explore with her students. A beautiful little haven led by a beautiful soul in the Mooloolah community.
