Richard was punctual and reliable, and all his work was of a high standard. He has a strong work ethic and truly understands good customer service. He went out of his way to help me through a complex project (leaking shower base requiring extensive bathroom rebuild), and was good at clearly explaining all the issues and costs. The photos below show the excellent result achieved in just 4 days. Not only would I happily recommend Leak Doctor to others, but I am now going to use Richard again to rebuild my balcony.

Shortly after moving into our new home, we noticed that the shower was leaking. I did some research on companies that may be able to help and found Leak Doctor. I left a message on the website on a weekend and Richard called me the following day. He turned up when he said he would with the right tools to find the source of the leaks. That same day he sent a quote for the repairs and 2 weeks later, bathroom is repaired. Work was done to a good standard and I am happy with the outcome and responsiveness. Highly recommended.

I booked Richard to detect a potential leak in my ensuite shower. He then decided to also do a moisture test on our main shower. Turns out that the main shower was the one needing work. He regrouted the base with epoxy and also grouted over very poorly grouted penny tiles on the shower wall that was not done properly by the builder.Very happy with his work and the overall job.

Absolutely Recommended.Our shower leaked. We called few (5-star rated) companies who are Plumbers, Tilers and a combo of them. None of them could identify the source of the leak and left a bigger hole in our Savings. All the tradies had combination of very rudimentary tools to detect the leak.I called Richard and he promptly responded. He came in with high quality tools did few quick tests and within an hour he identified the source of the leak. It was tricky. We had a leak visible from ceiling stains on the ground floor, which was obviously coming from the shower area above. Richard came around and confirmed exactly where the leak was with his equipment, then explained how he could fix it and provided a quote. Came back a few weeks later (during lockdown) and spent most of the day re-sealing and re-coating our shower. Very happy with the outcome. Richard is easy to deal with and works to a high standard; would recommend him to anyone.

Richard helped me with 2 shower screens which required replacement. He is super reliable. Kept all his promises. Nice and friendly guy to deal with.The products he recommended were more expensive than the others. He explained the pros and cons to me and I was more than happy to take his advice. End result was fabulous.Would recommend him without hesitation.
