i’ve ordered from here a few times and the customer service is amazing. Pepa is extremely easy to communicate with and her baked goods are just to die for. i highly recommend the cinnamon rolls as she manages to get the cinnamon and dough quantities just right!!

It is such a delight to order and eat food from Pepa’s Place. Made entirely and creatively from scratch, the bespoke approach to ingredient selection, recipe creation and slow, careful preparation is remarkable, as is the dedication of this young entrepreneur. Her customer service is another outstanding aspect of this business.Love the treats!!

Good food very nice

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I wanted a local provider of homemade cakes and sweets for birthdays and other functions and have loved the quality of the products I have ordered so far and service has been great. My guests often ask me who makes my sweets. Thankyou Pepa!

I ordered the Literally Mind-Blowing Gingerbread (NOT just a hyperbole) from Pepa's Place a little bit ago and it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service was punctual and professional, and during the whole communication process I could tell that an overwhelming amount of care, dedication, and thoughtfulness was being put into my order and satisfaction. Pick-up was easy and came with a lovely handwritten thank-you note, which literally made my day. The actual gingerbread was impeccably spiced, crisp but soft, and imaginatively decorated- affordable & really well priced for the extraordinary quality. If you're looking to support an incredible small business, AND searching for delicious homemade goods, I highly recommend you give Pepa's Place a try :)
