The real estate agents, Karley and Ross were very helpful. They were not pushy and answered my questions clearly. I feel they worked equally for me as well as the vendor. I was given a follow up call, which was appreciated as I had time to consider the house I had gone to see. I have invited them to consult with me about selling my house as they know the area.

Wether this is regard as dishonesty or not Let the public decide.My offer was accepted, I received the contract of sale while I was still reviewing and ready to sign I got a call from the agent and giving excuses that because I was late in signing the sale contract so he submitted new offer the the vendor and even ask me to raise my offer.1. Start from the time that I received the contract to the time I received the call from him again it was just over 24hours, what a lightening deal purchase a $300000 worth of property not a $3000 goods not even giving me time to review the contract.2.after vendors accept the offer the property should be under offer he supposed not to open to negotiate with other purchases until everything is clear but he submit the offer to the vendor.This is proving of an unprofessional and dishonesty in business.

I have been dealing with Ross for over a year now. First with a block of land we have for sale and now my house sale. He is always professional, offers sound advice and support and his friendly outlook makes dealing with him a pleasure.I highly recommend him and his team.

Never ever trust Ross Whiston, he is very dishonest person, I would say never ever trust on his words, long story make short he did not let vendor know that I got my loan approval, I meet with vendor and explain to him everything and provide him all evidence regarding my loan approval ,he was shocked because Ross Whiston was lying to himSelfish Ross Whiston was trying to sell second buyer property first because they have not got inuff funds, they have to sell their property first to buy this property (which I was interested)Always keep eyes on people like Ross Whiston , he is a cheater ,dishonest personIf u guys buying or selling ur property always try to save contact details or address of your buyer or seller when u sign contract because in-between ur deal if u feel something not right, trying to contact ur buyer or seller because there is lot off dishonest realstate agents in market like Ross WhistonIf anybody wants to know reality of Ross Whiston contact me I got all the evidence, thanks

So incredibly disappointed by the level of service! I remember getting a vibe when I had Ross and Bailey over to assess my home for sale, so we did not go through with them to sell our house.Then when we went to purchase a house they were auctioning, they were completely dishonest and misleading with regards to the offers we placed prior to the auction date. I'm not upset that we missed out on the house, it clearly wasn't meant to be. I am upset that Ross and Bailey led my husband and I to believe that we were 'in the ballpark' with our offer. Even though the reserve was over $100k what we were offering. That is NOT 'in the ballpark'! That is miles and miles away!Just be honest.Have some integrity.Have a moral compass.I hope you one day experience the same level of service that my husband and I did with you.

Ross and the Team were fantastic to work with and took all of the stress out of selling our home. They were professional, informative and reliable from start to finish.Highly recommended them to anybody.Great job guys
