I don't know what the staff was like before but they seemed okay when I went, noticed they were helping a mother + checking stock for her. Shop size is small-medium but seems to have most products. I bought some facemasks and got a freebie sample.

I have been using innisfree products since 2019. Really love the product. I usually visit townhall branch and very satisfied with the customer service. But I am giving 1 star to the customer service I received today from the staff from the hurstville branch. I notice the difference in service they bother to give by seeing the customer.

I was regular customer in hurstville storeBut last time i ask with one of the lady staff tissue for my oily face and she gave me green barley multi cleansing tissue I didn’t check that product on the store properly but after few days i open up and wipes my face i feel like very oily then i read at the back side of packets its says for flakey skin very disappointment they didn’t look after customer what they need .
