Campbelltown North Animal Hospital (Dr Spot)

Worst experience ever booked appointment for 11 o’clock took a day off from work got told to sit in this room with my dog for one hour and then got told I have to reschedule my appointment because the veterinarian are busy reception is kept on telling me it’s alright. I don’t know what she meant by that Don’t waste your time here, worst experience ever.

We have been using Dr Spots vet for at least 25 yrs and have been very happy with the quality service they have provided over the years and several pets. Highly recommended

Best veterinary clinic by far. Receptionists, nurses, and vets are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Attended the clinic many times with my dogs over the years and never had a bad experience. Highly recommend this vet.

I have been taking my cat to dr spot for years for treatment of IBD and occasional conjunctivitis. Her eyes had a flare up and I needed to get a script for her usual eye ointment that she has been on for years. I wish I was told when booking that the usual medication given for conjunctivitis was on back order, and had been for a long time, and I would instead be substituted with something the vet acknowledged was subpar and that I could have purchased over the counter at a chemist for $8. I was there for less than 10 minutes, there was really no type of assessment that would have constituted such an expensive consult fee, and an $8 substitute ended up costing me $124 and of-course I will have to purchase the original ointment when it is back in stock, and I will be considering going elsewhere.

Best vet I've seen in a very long time. Jeff took the time to explain everything to us and went above and beyond to be sure of what was wrong. I cannot recommend this practice enough

We brought in an injured cat that required urgent medical treatment the staff refused to give any emergency treatment to the cat becuase it was not our cat it was a neighbours cat. We have been taking our own animals to dr spot but will never go back there again!

I have been using this vet for over 15 years for all my pets past and present.Jeff’s kindness to my animals and myself is immeasurable.The staff are friendly and very helpful.Nothing is too much trouble.
