Bought a conditioner from them, trusting they had the lowest prices. Found the same product on 3 different other websites after my purchase for almost FORTY DOLLARS less what they charged. When I asked to send it back, they said they would refund but at my expense. Really disappointing that they gave me no other options. Will never use again

On the positive side shipping via Aust Post is fast. On the negative side the service from this company is absolutely horrible. This company does not acknowledge or understand the customer experience, nor does it want to, nor does it care apparently. I have now drawn a line in the sand because life is too short to put up with bad service, especially when the online beauty space is so competitive and the customer is so spoiled for choice. AVOID.

The products are reasonably priced and cheaper than what I have seen on other beauty websites. The customer service is above excellence and professional with fast postage, along with generous free samples and kit nats. Not only that, you get either $15 or $20 off your next order. If you write a review, you get $10 off your next order as well. This is brilliant for someone on a budget. Recently, an incorrect product was posted to me and after contacting the company, Amanda from customer service arranged a prompt delivery of the correct product along with generous samples and a kit Kat. This company goes above and beyond for you. It is now my go to company for genuine, high quality bargain beauty items.

Activeskin was recommended to me by a friend who' said that I would find the products that I was looking for... and guess what I did. I have had two packages from them so far and they keep me in the loop about the delivery of the package. The website is easy to use unlike some websites that are not user friendly. The items are well packaged and I am given a little gift. I worked out that at the bottom of the item is the number that you have in stock and know that if there is zero, then I have to wait a few days to fulfil the order and again you always let me know. Thank you for discounts cards in the box... your hard work is appreciated.
