I have had my car serviced here 4 times in the last 18 months.Sadly this will be the last time.Sean Miller is an employee who shouldn’t be anywhere near front of house - especially customers.My encounter with him was disgusting, leaving me feeling bullied for speaking up about issues that arose after my service there.It’s sad, the ladies who I normally deal with are nothing short of perfect and dealer owner should know how great his team is there.But I would never want a staff member like Sean Miller representing my business.I am more than happy to discuss this complaint further with my review I left personally.

From the moment I stepped foot in the yard at Glendale Mazda Zac was happy to help and listened to what I was interested in between the 2 models after test driving a new Mazda cx30 I knew I was going to buy it the process was easy and Nic and Zac had an answer to every question I had the professionalism between them both was exceptional the car arrived a week early then expected big plus given wait times at the moment. If you are looking for a new car I’d highly suggest you call in and have a chat before going elsewhere if I could give you blokes 6 starts I would

From my first test drive to when I drove out the dealership with my new BT-50 SP Zac was extremely friendly and accommodating. He explained everything regarding the whole process. He has great knowledge of the vehicle and it’s specs and features, which shows because he was more than happy to answer any questions I had regarding the vehicle. Overall the service I received from Zac was exceptional and I would have no hesitation recommending him to friends and family if they were in the market for a Mazda

So we set out for another day of test driving, and didn't bother leaving glendale mazda. Zac, wasnt pushy, just extremely informative and an amazing salesman. The cx 30 is an amazing drive, and very happy both zac and paige tracked down the colour and model i was after and deliver it faster than they thought. 5 stars isnt enough. Appreciate everything you guys did. Love the car to bits

Well I haven't purchased a car from Glendale Mazda yet but I have spoken to one of the young sales guys Tony I think, a number of times he was very nice to talk to and I believe he would be a very genuine and honest salesman which is hard to find these days, the kind you would ask for on repeated business. Unfortunately I had a quote from somewhere else I liked so was unable to purchased from him but I would definitely go to him first next time. Untill I purchase a car from Glendale Mazda i can only give a 3 star. Based on my experience with the young salesman I believe it would be more like 5 star had I purchased there.
